Shipping policy

DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to Romania and to the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We do not currently deliver to Malta, Cyprus or outside the European Union.

 

DELIVERY COSTS IN ROMANIA

Free delivery in Romania on orders of at least 300 lei.

For orders under 300 lei, delivery costs 18 lei.

 

DELIVERY COSTS TO OTHER EU COUNTRIES

Free delivery to the other EU countries on orders of at least €200.

For orders under €200, delivery costs €20.

The exact delivery cost is shown before you complete your order.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Dispatch: orders placed on working days before 14:00 (Romanian time) leave the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays leave on the next working day.

Delivery in Romania: Cargus usually delivers on the working day after dispatch, and your order arrives within 1–3 working days of being placed.

Delivery to other EU countries: by DPD, within 3–10 working days, depending on the destination.

 

COURIER AND TRACKING

Deliveries are made by express courier. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

 

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL

Check that the parcel is intact in front of the courier. If the packaging is visibly damaged, ask the courier to write a damage report and let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, at contact@hqlashes.com.

 

DELAYS

In exceptional situations, such as bad weather, busy periods or courier problems, delays may occur. We will let you know as soon as we find out and give you a new estimated date.
