How many clients can I do with one tray?
A tray has 20 rows. With 0.07 thickness, using the volume technique, you use about 3 rows per client, so about 6 clients per tray. With 0.10 thickness, 2 rows make one client, so about 10 clients per tray.
Which curls and lengths are available?
Our individual lash trays come in C, CC, D, L and M curls. Lengths are 5–15 mm for Black 0.07 and 0.10, 7–15 mm for Black 0.05 and 5–13 mm for Dark Brown and Light Brown. Mix trays have mixed lengths: 5–9 mm or 6–13 mm.
How does the tray discount work?
3 trays −5%, 4 trays −10%, 5 trays −15%. The discount is applied automatically in your cart, with no code. Discounts do not combine: you get the one that saves you the most.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the seal is intact. For hygiene reasons, it cannot be returned once unsealed. You pay the return shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on working days by 2 pm (Romanian time) ship the same day. In Romania, Cargus delivers within 1–3 working days of your order. Free delivery in Romania on orders of at least 300 lei, otherwise 18 lei. Other EU countries: DPD, 3–10 working days, €20, free on orders of at least €200.
