How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on working days by 2 pm (Romanian time) ship the same day. In Romania, Cargus delivers within 1–3 working days of your order. Free delivery in Romania on orders of at least 300 lei, otherwise 18 lei. Other EU countries: DPD, 3–10 working days, €20, free on orders of at least €200.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery (Romania only), online by card (Visa, Mastercard) or with Google Pay, or by bank transfer for companies.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Email contact@hqlashes.com and we will send you the return address. You pay the return shipping. Sealed hygiene products (adhesives, solutions, trays, premade fans, single-use supplies) can only be returned with the seal intact.
What if I receive a faulty or wrong item?
Let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, at contact@hqlashes.com, with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, shipping included, at no cost to you.

What's in the kit
2 MIX 0.07 lash trays
You get two trays with complementary lengths:
- MIX 5–9 mm — for the inner corners and areas that need shorter extensions;
- MIX 6–13 mm — for complete sets and natural transitions.
MIX trays include several lengths in one box, so you don't need to buy each length separately.
Professional adhesive
Adhesive is one of the biggest factors in retention. The professional formula helps you achieve secure, clean and long-lasting applications when used in the recommended conditions.
Isolation tweezers
Designed for precise separation of the natural lashes. Correct isolation helps you create a clean, comfortable set with no lashes stuck together.
Volume tweezers
For picking up, forming and applying extensions. Together with the isolation tweezers, they cover the essential stages of application.
50 self-adhesive glue trays
A clean, practical surface for your adhesive drop at every appointment. After use, simply peel it off and replace it with a new one.
50 pairs of under-eye patches
Protect and isolate the lower lashes during application. Enough for up to 50 appointments.
