How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on working days by 2 pm (Romanian time) ship the same day. In Romania, Cargus delivers within 1–3 working days of your order. Free delivery in Romania on orders of at least 300 lei, otherwise 18 lei. Other EU countries: DPD, 3–10 working days, €20, free on orders of at least €200.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery (Romania only), online by card (Visa, Mastercard) or with Google Pay, or by bank transfer for companies.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Email contact@hqlashes.com and we will send you the return address. You pay the return shipping. Sealed hygiene products (adhesives, solutions, trays, premade fans, single-use supplies) can only be returned with the seal intact.
What if I receive a faulty or wrong item?
Let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, at contact@hqlashes.com, with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, shipping included, at no cost to you.

CLEANING
Follow this two-step process to keep your reusable tools safe:

2. Fully immerse the tweezers in an approved instrument disinfectant and let them dry completely before the next use.
Avoid:
- Soaking the tweezers in acetone, bleach or ammonia-based solvents, as these can damage the finish.
- Leaving the tweezers in disinfectant for long periods.
STORAGE
- Keep the tweezers in a sterile, closed container after cleaning.
- Store them somewhere protected to preserve their precision and condition.
