How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on working days by 2 pm (Romanian time) ship the same day. In Romania, Cargus delivers within 1–3 working days of your order. Free delivery in Romania on orders of at least 300 lei, otherwise 18 lei. Other EU countries: DPD, 3–10 working days, €20, free on orders of at least €200.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery (Romania only), online by card (Visa, Mastercard) or with Google Pay, or by bank transfer for companies.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Email contact@hqlashes.com and we will send you the return address. You pay the return shipping. Sealed hygiene products (adhesives, solutions, trays, premade fans, single-use supplies) can only be returned with the seal intact.
What if I receive a faulty or wrong item?
Let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, at contact@hqlashes.com, with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, shipping included, at no cost to you.

CLEANING
1. Initial cleaning – remove any residue or adhesive with an alcohol or acetone wipe.
2. Disinfection – fully immerse the tweezers in an approved instrument disinfectant, then let them air-dry before the next use.
- Do not soak the tweezers in acetone, bleach or ammonia-based solvents, as these can damage the finish.
- Do not leave the tweezers in disinfectant solutions for long periods.
STORAGE
- Keep the tweezers in a sterile, closed container after cleaning.
- Store them somewhere protected to preserve their precision and condition.
PLEASE NOTE
- Do not use these tweezers to pull lash strips out of the tray or off lash holders.

Each pair is handcrafted, calibrated and individually tested for full control and precise tip closure. Every pair is also hand-tested with 0.05 15D and 0.07 9D fans to ensure precision.
