Which curls and lengths do the premade fans come in?
Premade 5D and 8D fans come in CC, D and M curls, with mixed lengths from 7 to 13 mm. 5D: 0.07 thickness, 1,000 fans. 8D: 0.05 thickness, 820 fans.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the seal is intact. For hygiene reasons, it cannot be returned once unsealed. You pay the return shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on working days by 2 pm (Romanian time) ship the same day. In Romania, Cargus delivers within 1–3 working days of your order. Free delivery in Romania on orders of at least 300 lei, otherwise 18 lei. Other EU countries: DPD, 3–10 working days, €20, free on orders of at least €200.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery (Romania only), online by card (Visa, Mastercard) or with Google Pay, or by bank transfer for companies.
What if I receive a faulty or wrong item?
Let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, at contact@hqlashes.com, with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, shipping included, at no cost to you.
